Show Fields in the grid view when awarding Rewards/Sanctions

When using the grid view to award rewards/sanctions to multiple students (either from Wizard bar or from Registration Manager), it would be good if any associated Fields were also displayed in the grid. We need fields to be recorded, which means we can't use the grid view.
