I have a group of IT Administrators who I would like to grant full access to User Management without access to the full control panel. The full control panel to only be accessed by the Systems Administration Profile. Despite this appearing possible we have only been able to view the user profiles when the control panel is disabled for the new IT Administrators Profile.
