The New Parents Evening by Video does not allow us to set up appointments in smaller increments and same for buffer time - we wanted 8 minute appointments and 2 minute buffer time. The system should allow some flexibility.
On set up - we couldn't toggle off the the 'Only One Appointment per Pupil' once the evening was set up - This didn't allow split parents to have an separate appointment in any of the spare slots. (But also, in a test, with nothing ticked in the box, I was still unable to make multiple appointments for one child).
There is no option for split families to share one appointment.
