I would like to be able to create a form and leave it on the app for parents to fill out each time they need to inform me of something rather than it becoming unavailable to them once they have completed the form. In much the same way that the absence form works. I would also like to be notified each time a form has been completed.
I second this. The DFE have recommended that schools create a 'under the weather' form. This is a form that allows parents/carers to fill in a form to advise school they are under the weather. The form has 5-6 questions to aid information gathering and let us know how we need to support them. This is to be completed each time the child is under the weather, therefore the form would need multiple submissions. We have had to create this on a Microsoft form which is confusing to parents because they use School Spider for forms.
