Would like to be able to archive trips & payments without deleting them completely. When I use the Purchases list for trips, it is cluttered with no longer active trips in amongst the current ones. I don't want to delete them until the end of the school year, to ensure I can still access details if needed.
Alternatively, having active ones listed at the top, rather than the latest created would help.
Yes agree with this. If we could have an active and inactive list, this would be helpful, rather than have a long list.
This would be the same in the surveys and forms area too. We run a lot of trips and sports events.
