Could a cloning, or copying, feature be added in to the surveys and forms that allowed a question with multiple choice answers to be present several times on one form. A question could be copied several times and then minor changes made to each question as needed. This would save a lot of time. Google Forms allow this feature - see attached. Same question appears multiple times (however many weeks in the term) with the date changed for each week.
