We have issues as we need to close the ordering for hot meals on the Tuesday for the following week. We would like to be able to close ordering for a week not in days. We need to order a week in advance. Because we can't close a week we have parents thinking they are ordering hot meals because they can on ParentMail but there is not a meal for them. This causes a lot of issues in the school holidays.
Also to be able to have a date when the price changes. E.g. price increase in September means we can not get parents to order for September until after the last week of term as the price will be incorrect. This is a really short turn around for parents to get the orders in before we break up for the summer.
Thank you, does this mean that we will be able to shut off a week at a time not in days but in actual weeks?
