Would like the statements parents can access for breakfast and after school club bookings to contain the school name, logo and Ofsted number, or the option to personalise the statements. Parents claiming Universal Credit have to submit statements for this type of activity and the statements get rejected by UC as they do not contain the school name etc.
Currently this is a manual process for the school where they go to the Register Activity, export statements and put the info into a pre-prepared statement with school header and Ofsted number. This is done weekly and monthly
Thanks for the idea, we're going to spend some time looking into how many schools would benefit from this feature.
