School sent out emails using mail merge buttons, then copy and pasted the original email as they were sending out multiples of the same email, but when these were delivered the names to not show due to the copy and pasting. School asked if there is a way the buttons could be changed to show brackets (e.g (studentname)) instead of a picture of the buttons, or some kind of warning to pop up when a copy and paste has been done, so users can easily spot this mistake, to avoid this error happening again.
Thanks for raising. We have tested this and the copying of mail merge fields displayed correctly both in ParentMail and in the email client. If you are having specific issues on a specific school account please raise a bug.
