The overview on Parent Mail shows the percentage of families that are using the mobile app but is doesn't show you which families they are. It would be very handy to have a report that shows the parents that have/have not downloaded the app so we can contact them to encourage them to do so. Although parents receive an email notification of any messages sent, including a link to take them to their account, parents have to actively check their emails rather than receiving an instant app notification.
