Customer suggestion of including childs name

Email from customer - We have parents complaining that when they receive emails it doesn't specify who it's for especially those with siblings. I am a parent myself with one child so I have made a test account as a sibling to find out myself.

I have attached screenshots of the Email, Payments, Events and Forms category on ParentMail and all but Email showed the child's name below the subject line. It would be very helpful for parents to know who is the email for.

I chatted with your colleague on the help chat but she advised me to put the name on the body of the email which I find it not very helpful as that would mean every letter we send will have to include a child's name?

I thought it would be easier to see the child's name below the preview of the subject as per my screenshots.

Do you think this is something your development team could do?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

This can be done in the compose email screen, or a template could be created with the student name tags in it to be used for all emails.

With emails there is an option to send one email per family, which would make this functionality redundant if we were to add it.
