Regarding the salutations please can you feed back that not having the option to separate Title, First name and surname in emails is not good. As a school we don’t address parents as Dear John Smith, we would say Dear Mr Smith or Dear John if we knew them well enough to do so. Just putting John Smith as the salutation isn’t how we want to communicate. Please can you feed back to the developers that we are not happy about it. I don’t understand why this has happened! Also we previously had the option to put just the first name or full name of the child, again that sounds formal when we are sending emails about children, we tend to call them their first name in an email, eg: Fiona, not Fiona Healy (made up name).
