When we cancel a GRN it would be useful if a link comes up to cancel the relating PORD and REQ. Currently there are 3 actions for every transaction. Very long winded.

The usual case is not to cancel corresponding REQs and PORDs, although we do realise this may very well need to be done. Additionally, further GRNs may need to be cancelled before the PORD can be cancelled. There are links to the documents from the GRN, and current advice is to follow those to any proceeding documents which need to be dealt with.
We may revisit this in future.
