We use Forms for a yearly Data Collection exercise. It would be useful if we could use dynamic text fields to pre-populate a form with parents' address details and phone numbers (pulled from SIMS). That way we can simply ask parents to confirm their details are unchanged, or provide new ones in a free-form box. Thanks
Please can I ask for this to be looked at urgently. I have to export several start of year forms and I would love to add in YEAR GROUP as all our 1-6s are in mixed year groups (500+ children). Also, every single form needs me to make seperate columns for first name and last name before I can sort them. Just a few tweaks but would make life a lot easier, thanks
Hi Jo, thanks for this idea, we'll investigate with the team next week into the feasability of this. We do also have a future item to completely re-write the forms module but we may be able to do this in the existing module.
