I suggested this before but it was changed to WILL NOT IMPLEMENT but I have no idea why. I am still finding this incredibly irritating and it seems such a simple thing to sort out!
Could you make it so that we can print out conversations (eg an email or text we have sent or received) without all the random stuff that comes out at the top of the page. I have attached screen shots of what I get but have to print out 2 pages to get the whole conversation. Thanks, Denise

I'm sorry that you didn't get the comment on the previous idea, I definitely remember writing it so will look into what happened there!
We decided not to implement this idea as IRIS Reach is a cloud-based system and all modern browsers allow you to take screenshots or snippets of what you see on screen, which can then be printed as you wish. In most cases this process is faster than printing from the browser in the standard way. As this is something every user can access already we decided to focus our development team on other features which aren't so readily available or will add more value for more users.
