For the merge tab to include more options, to include parent title (mr/miss/mrs/ms) and just parent surname option ie 'Dear Mrs Smith'. Also pupil first name only option rather than always putting first and surname, and to include him/her/his/she option. All this has been taken away and now have very limited options of just parent full name and student full name. This isn't professional for the type of emails we send.
