Please add in fields to capture Next of Kin address as this information is needed - especially in the case of death in service - to pass onto pensions. To avoid delays in payment of death in service benefits we need this information to be captured.

Allow hourly rate to be made into a visable field for employees to see their hours, hourly rate and salary in one place.
