The ability to distribute Objectives across performance records would be a great tool. Especially for Department Heads or CEOs that would like to subject SLT to the same consistent Objectives. Currently this has to be done per Performance Record

Currently there is no way for customers to delete performance reviews or performance records. This results in tickets having to be logged every time something is allocated in error

Ability to run reports on answers to Questions in performance module, so you can compare results across a department/school/trust

Ability to set the 'visible to employee' setting within a performance review on bulk/centrally. currently this is just actioned on an individual basis within all reviews or just by the reviewer. An option to have the 'visible to employee' tick box...

The ability for an employee to create their objectives, for a line manager to then review and agree. Compared to the existing process where an objetive is created and assigned to the employee.
