Concern Severity Alert by Role

DSLs and DDSLs should receive a notification alert based on the severity level, allowing them to take immediate action when needed. The roles to notify list should be similar to the new concern notification role list.

Neutral Reward type

We would like the option to be able to setup a reward/conduct type as neutral - ie not negative or positive in the properties, configuration field. This is to be able to log a "note" against the type - but not to actually count as a flag as such.

Bulk import documents to Medical Centre

There is a lot of documents that we store in Medical Centre:Annual consents, Allergies forms, consents etc. Adding them one by one for a school of our size is on a verge of work ability.
