Be able to create a group of documents to be able to assign them to user groups. Such as staff handbook to be read and agreed by all staff each year. It will save having to assign each document individually.

It would save time and be helpful for the pop up screen to display the Document Number assigned when posted. At present, a Document Search needs to be run to identify the number.
