The way objectives are set for teaching staff is different from Support staff. The Objectives page should be customisable. Staff members should be able to set their own objectives to be reviewed by their line managers before being finalised.

Can we have an option to include the Approvers email as an available field so we know which staff to chase if requests for absence are not actioned. Thanks
