We need the ability to delete emails once they have been sent, if there is an error in them, the function to recall/delete from parents accounts area.

We set our own descriptions on our MAT, if I were to change a description at MAT level. It doesn't take effect at school level even though they are mapped. This then means you have to go into each property and change each description seperately.

I have leavers from 2018 who are deleted from users list but still showing up on 'Balance Adjustment Tool' as 'deleted from system'. The Chat Expert said they will come off soon but i have people on that list from 2018.
