Bulk documents upload

I would like to request if we could please allow users to upload documents in the system in bulk to make the process more efficient. At the moment, staff has to upload consent forms, certificates, etc one by one which takes up so much time.

Ability to bulk update contact records

If the ability to bulk update pupil records exists, then there should also be an ability to bulk update contact records. Currently, schools have to painstakingly update contacts records individually which is very time consuming.

When adding a new employee, within the Job Information page, can the Property Arrival Date be automatically populated from the Start Date, as these are usually the same. (I don’t know if this has changed recently, however, I know in the past when adding an employee who is due to start on a future date, the system didn’t allow you to enter a property arrival date at that point, so then it’s a case of having to remember to go back and enter a date in the property arrival field, as that does come up as a WFC error.)

SCR Admin Permissions

It would be helpful if we could set permissions so that some admin / reception staff can see who is on the Single Central Record, without being able to see the details or the reports. If we give staff access to the details page, they can also use ...

Limit Teacher Access in Student Manager to Only Their Own Students

At the moment, teachers can see all students in Student Manager, even if they don’t teach or have any direct connection to them. It would be really helpful if there were a way to limit their view so they only see students they teach or are respons...

Absence and sickness data not resetting for new job role

We require absence and sickness data to be collected for individuals, not for job roles, as this informs Bradford Factors, triggers, and how/when we provide support to employees who may need it. Resetting this data when an employee starts a new ro...
