iSAMS does not adapt to different screen sizes and there is only the ability to scroll up and down, not left and right. Will this be taken into account?
Change Parent responsibility setting for large number of students
We have a large number of students with the parental responsibility setting needing to be changed. Currently only able to change one student at a time by going into their record.
It would be good to have a distinct permission feature for Document Categories whereby users can have full document access (view/write/modify) without the ability to create, rename or delete Document Categories
On a pupil's contact record it is possible to add/mark an address as a 'future address' but on the summary display there isn't an easy way to see which is a future address without clicking to edit. Please could you consider making future addresses...
Ability to remove or hide built-in fields which are not used
There are some fields within the system that are either not relevant to our setting (e.g. Boarding House) or that we do not use (e.g. School Age) that we would like to be able to hide/remove from the user interface to make the system easier to use...
As a Scottish School I believe that the SCN Number for a pupil should be displayed on the Pupil Profile, alongside the other English Exam Numbers. This would allow all our staff that dont have access to External Exams to view these important details.
It would be helpful to be able to modify the incident analytics and reports. For example show incident type and affected party roll so our SLT can easily see groups of incidents or trends such as abuse against staff.
We used to have a feature where children's class names were displayed on the absence requests that came in so we could easily locate the pupils on our registers to copy the absence reason to the register and with over 500 pupils this was very hand...
Can we have a function to search students by parent surname Some parents will have differing surnames than the student This could be applied to Admissions Manager as well
