We would like the option to be able to setup a reward/conduct type as neutral - ie not negative or positive in the properties, configuration field. This is to be able to log a "note" against the type - but not to actually count as a flag as such.

Staff frequently ask if a late to lesson registration could automatically allocate a sanction in Reward and Conduct. There would need to be quite granular settings though!

Default working hours are from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, which do not align with the school's schedule. As a result, when creating an Absence Record, we must manually adjust the time to correspond with school timings.
