As title. Not having an email contact address for a private candidate means that their details are incomplete. A field for their photograph would also be advantageous.

Day and period structure can change year to year. Importing a new timetable for the next academic year is not possible without the correct day structure and it makes publishing the new timetable to staff more difficult before the end of the summer...

We would like the ability to amend the list of available options for exam arrangements.

Timetablers really need an Options Module, where choices can be made through the Pupil portal. Classes created could then be fed through to Teaching Manager.

The ability to add exact times (e. g. 1pm-4pm) when adding a timetable suspension for a year group in Cover Manager would be really useful, for example when all students in a year are on a trip in the afternoon but are present in the morning.

When creating staff meetings, it would be good if it reflects on the cover manager.

The ability to export hidden columns to Excel would be most useful - currently it only exports visible ones. And I don't want to go into 150+ Gradebooks and unhide the 5 columns - and then hide them just to do this. Also, if Tracking Manager could...

I need the ability to enter a member of staff absent for the same period for a number of weeks rahter than having to enter the absence infividually. Ie Monday p3 for 6 weeks.

It would be useful if when you added a member of staff as unavailable they system checked if they were already allocated to cover and alerted or removed the cover.
