Shift Pattern on the Employee directory

It would be a good if employee working patterns were visible in the directory. This would allow staff to quickly check who is scheduled to be in on a given day, if they have the right permissions.

It may be worth reviewing a colleague’s absence record, as time off for antenatal appointments has been recorded as General Absence – Pregnancy Related Absence, which appears to have reduced her overall attendance percentage.
