Description column to be wider in Discipline Manager

The offence description column to be wider in Discipline Manager (we renamed to Detention Manager). Having is narrow when there is more free space makes it cumbersome to use. Being able to set size globally would be helpful

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
