Update the risk module so that we can create a more sophisticated risk register template as per attached document

This request is from one of our parents. Can they please have the option to download the timetable in a week on a page view in PDF - to stick on the fridge and other useful uses. The PDF download is a page per day which isnt particularly useful.

This is crucial as the student chose their preferred name for a personal reason. We must have the option to show their preferred name in all systems so it does not cause any discomfort to students.

Duplicate Invoice number across locations. Currently the warning only appears when the same number if used on the same location. If this could flag across locations that would save duplicate orders being rasied.

Parents often request to be able to subscribe to the parent portal calendar, where all school events are entered, so that it syncs with calendars on their devices and they can see what's going on in school at a glance rather than have to log in to...

Parents should be sent a notification to alert them when a report has been published to their portal account.

If a parent has submitted a Leave Request for, say, a medical appointment and this has been approved by the school, there is currently no option in the Portal for the parent to cancel the LR should the student's appointment be cancelled or resched...

On the Parent Portal there is a Documents & Files section. It would be great if there were a similar section on the Pupil Portal.

Payment Run - Ability to deselect all items. Unable to deselect all items bought through to the select the ones you require. When wanting to pay just one item deselecting them all individually is long winded.
