Cloud portal: hide the room information on the parent timetable

Is there a way to hide the room nos on the timetable pdf that appears on the parent can download (pdf format) on the parent portal timetable option?

Medical fields available to add to Portal Forms

At point of registration would be useful to collect all medical data for use with Taster Days. e.g. Wears glasses, name and address of doctor.

More advanced options for recipient groups

It would be useful when sending emails via the portal to be able to select or create varied recipient groups. Currently you can only select the whole school or by year group, but we often find a need to send emails to a class or specific group.
