It would be useful to have more than one appraisal cycle running at once. This would allow the old records to be viewed and closed properly without starting all over again with a new record in the new cycle. Either that or records can overlap.

When downloading the import spreadsheet could we add a new option so that the spreadsheet only downloads the active roles with the active ongoing additional payments. Therefore not showing older and now ended additional payments.

Bank details should be sensitive data. Currently line managers without the ability to see sensitive information can see bank details, which is an issue.
