Change the default email template that is sent out when a user locks their account.

Allows for the addition of additional information that could be useful for the user and relieve some pressure from support.

Registration Portal - Rejected form option to approve from bulk actions option. If you mistakenly reject a form you can't approve it from the rejected list (only delete it).

SMS History on the Parent Portal would be better if viewed most recent first

We have enabled the Communication History feature on the Parent Portal> My Account menu and notice that the SMS page is sorted from oldest to newest. Can this be sorted from newest to oldest as on the Email History page?
