We would like to use Cover Manager but we require a function, that is the ability to put more teachers down to one lesson a create a priority of who could cover right away and in they are absent who is the next one to be put in.

Our suppliers are regularly changing the sizing of items and the price. Please could we be able to edit each item and option to annotate pricing and sizing changes without having to make note of stock numbers, archiving and then re-create the item...

We use this option for our Afterschool activity clubs and it would be helpful to be able to see the number of children who have purchased each club at a glance.

The customer STA02 say that they are constantly using the shortcut icons on the toolbar and would like them in V7 too. Can they be reinstated?

Document emailer cannot handle larger date ranges and we are having to run it in batches due to missing old PO's that have not yet been sent. This needs to be enhanced and additional filters will assist in this.

When doing seating plans, the room that is being used should be linked with the cover manager. This was when doing cover that room can be re-roomed. Otherwise this is double work and if you forget to add it, chaos on the day of the exam.

Most schools will have an idea how many classes they want each staff member to teach. It would be great if this could be stored in Teaching Manager or Timetable manager. It could be really helpful in Cover Manager, working out who should be first ...

Often customers forget to log out correctly and rather than have to go to Self Service it would be good to have an option to close sessions down from the Active Sessions Screen

It will be helpful to allow schools to have the options to assign covers for any free periods throughout each day. Not just the period which are timetabled. As there might be other events or duties that are not found in timetable.
