Improve the link between other modules and consent registers
At present there isn't a link back into admissions or pupil manager from the data protection module so when running searches on who we have consent to email about an event, we can't do it through either (any) portal.
Any document uploaded against a candidate or by the candidate in the ATS to pull through to the Employee documents area to futher reduce workload and duplicate data entry.
Ability to create a contract of employment for a candidate matching the job role information with the information from the candidate portal. With an option to e-sign the document before converting to an employee.
The ability for an employee to create their objectives, for a line manager to then review and agree. Compared to the existing process where an objetive is created and assigned to the employee.
