Posting this as discussed at the Northern User Group. Could there be an easier way to do the data collection from staff, please? Can we share with them what data we hold for them and they could then respond with any changes. Thank you!

Being able to schedule send messages would be beneficial rather than having to wait for the actual time/day.

This would make regular communication to staff about pay and benefits so much more efficient. For example post rollover you could write to each member of staff (selected) with details of their new pay, scales and allowances

It is frustrating that when a payment item is set up for instalment payments, parents can still pay after the viewable to date.

I'd like to be able to select all the Payment Alerts and Accept them in one go

This would be useful for us to be able to have donations collected during red nose day go directly to comic relief

For required fields, parents should not have option to proceed through form until they complete the individual 'required field'. When they skip options and move on, Submit button is then greyed out and it is not clear what info is missing

As we have multiple schools, it would really be helpful to add the Boarding House field in the search results so it's easier to see which campus the teacher belongs to without having to open their profiles.

We have setup Parents Evening for next week. One member of staff has a medical procedure so is unable to attend. It would be useful to have the facility to cancel a single event rather than the whole Parents Evening when parents have already booke...

All parties would benefit. It would dramatically reduce office workload
