For some questions we only want to insist on a response if the answer to the previous question requires it. For example, “Do you have any criminal convictions?” If “yes”, we want to force a response to a follow-up question asking for more details....

Can notifications to staff for the weekly updates only be sent when they have a task outstanding. Staff do not need to be notified that they have 'no outstanding activities'. Surely more relevant if they have outstanding tasks to complete?!

Where the TT has a double lesson, teachers only need to register pupils at the start of the double, but the get a messed registration email for the second lesson. It would be great if the emali wasn't sent for the second of a double period.

Ability to report on absence details for employees. We often export a copy of their absence record for review meetings and its useful to see all of the details as this is updated daily and not just reason for absence or absence type

This would help staff to keep track of students with low attendance percentages and can take necesssary steps to improve their attendance

It's great that the nationality flags are showing in the register pages. Please enable the option to display the nationality in text when staff hover over the flag (similar to what's already in place in Student Manager).

It would be time-saving to be able to bulk edit all the registers for one student for a day (AM, PM, all lesson registers). In other words, we want the Bulk Edit feature - that currently works in columns - to be applicable to rows, as well.
