if 2 boxes for 'urgent messages' section could be opened side by side with 2 separate lots of information

Can the functionality to be able to create custom groups be made available in Admissions manager? We would like to be able to group applicants but not by way of admission stages etc

It is currently not possible to view UPNs in Admissions Manager. It would be preferable to be able to view (and edit) this filed from Admissions Manager rather than having to go to Pupil Manager.

The ability to email specified contacts at other schools using email wizard, ideally that communication would then be stored against the records for all of the schools.

Schools need to be able to add a UPN for an applicant at any time of the year, not just during term time (the terms are set up in School Manager and determine when a UPN can be added to an applicant record).

Could there be a option to put an end date on the Users On Holiday tick box? Sometimes it can be forgotten to remove the tick once they're back. If the system could automatically do it on the end date entered, this could save some time.

Could Delivery Addresses be added into Financials instead of being held in Distribution? Could the access to these be easier to understand, currently users need access to the Z Nominal which is easy to forget as it's not a 'real' nominal

Could we remove the 'x' on the RDP? Users use this to 'log out' but then get issues with their log in staying connected, which leads to further issues logging in. Could we just remove the option, to prevent this?
