E-Mail templates are an incredibly useful feature that should be open to all staff to create and edit their own. I've just been informed by support that only those with Write permissions in student manager can create e-mail templates.

Instead of booking the detention for the next slot when the whole group is free (could be a month or more away if some pupils already have detentions), the detentions should be booked into each pupil's next available slot.

If you added previous school to pupil manager batch edit, we would then be able to do a quicker update for those pupils from one school to complete this information if it hasn't been completed previously
