Resize rewards and conduct details window

Increase the number of pupils displayed in the rewards and conduct details wizard. At the moment, the same number of pupils are displayed if the wizard is minimize or maximize making the task difficult when entering merits across a year group.

Having another option called ‘Neutral’ instead of just the current 'Postive' and 'Negative'

We would like to have a category called ‘Homework notification’ that is neither congratulatory nor pejorative. Currently this isn't possible as it must be either positive or negative. Thank you.

Reward & Conduct - teachers can see whole school reports - should be year group or division only

Currently teachers can see whole school reports but this should be capped at year group or possibly division. Primary teachers don´t need to see secondary conduct reports for example. We have issues where teacher parents are seeing their own child...

Search and add multiple students

When adding incidents or rewards for multiple students, teachers requested an option to have a search bar to add multiple students rather than trying to search them through forms or sets.

Award house points, not to individuals

We have house competitions, where the winning house gets e.g. 100 points, second gets 75 etc. We would like a way to add these into Rewards & Conduct without having them attached to an individual pupil.
