I want to be able to archive an Activity in each site in one go. Un-mapping will only help me see it as N/A at MAT level, but schools can continue completing, so I need to amend at school level.

When running reports from the compliance matrix, would it be possible to show the "done awaiting paperwork in a different colour so that it can be filtered separately in excel.

We set our own descriptions on our MAT, if I were to change a description at MAT level. It doesn't take effect at school level even though they are mapped. This then means you have to go into each property and change each description seperately.

If there was an option to create additional fields, for example activity specific instructions, sequence of works or any other relevant information, this could make the delivery of the activity more efficient.
