Option for managers to log time sheets on behalf of an employee. Some users of Every HR are not used to using computers so being able to input time claims on another users behalf would be useful.
Customisable parameters on Self certification & return to work tasks
The ability to set a parameter for when these tasks are triggered e.g. only require a self certification if they have been off sick for 3 days only require a return to work form if they have been off sick for 5 days
The ability to add balances of 'general leave' in addition to holiday balances, where a HR manager can make the decision if this type of leave is allowed i.e. compassionate and if the member of staff has used up their paid for 'compassionate leave'
