As far as I can tell, Courses have to be created one-by-one manually, which is ridiculous. We need the ability to bulk create or upload via csv.

Allow parents to add/update their home address on the parent portal as this is very important information to keep and update regularly on iSAMS from the safe guarding point of view.

If the ability to bulk update pupil records exists, then there should also be an ability to bulk update contact records. Currently, schools have to painstakingly update contacts records individually which is very time consuming.
