Include Attachments with E-mail Templates

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
