Search User Accounts by Forename & Surname (Fullname)

Presently we can search for user accounts by first name OR surname. However if I combine first name and surname together, regardless of order (first name then surname or surname then first name), the search fails.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
