Can we look to record TOIL in a days lost format?
We would appreciate it if each month we could run a report that is up-to-date absence data, broken down by school and across the trust, including:
Average number of days a teaching member of staff has been absent
Number of teaching staff with a long-term absence
Average number of days a support staff member has been absent
Number of support staff with a long-term absence
We also need to be able to report this at monthly, termly, and full academic year level, as well as compare the data against previous years.
At present, because the data cannot be accurately narrowed down by chosen dates, we are unable to produce reliable monthly or termly absence figures from the export.
