When the Year 11s come off roll we still have reasons to contact them, ie collect art work, collect certificates, post-secondary education, etc. We used to be able to make a report from SIMS and export to Iris Reach and use this to send messages. Also, 2nd parents exclusively may need contacting and they do not come under the Priority 1 criteria that we have set. Again, we could create a report of the 2nd parents and export in order to contact them. This is very important.
