We use to be able to run audit reports in Iris Reach before the 'upgrade' to ParentMail. But have since lost this feature. It allowed us to run reports to see who sent out message but now we have no way of knowing this if someone clicks the 'hide sender' option.
We could also find out the cost per message or week to keep a track of our spending with text message.
We could run a report for SARS and for which parents need to be contacted re being blocked or for downloading the app.
