previously IRIS Reach Sycnhed through only students marked with N and O absence codes from the MIS. In ParentMail, Sync brings through students with N, O, G and U codes, as all four are classed as unauthorised absences.
At present, there isn't an option within ParentMail to restrict the absence alert list to only N codes.
if there was an option to select which absence codes it pulls through this will be really helpful to target the correct set of students
