As a school, we used to be able to send text messages to external bodies using their mobile phone number, without them being on our system. Eg. we have prospective parents who want to visit the school, we do block bookings and send a reminder text a week before, as many bookings have been taken weeks or even months in advance. This feature has been taken away and it is very frustrating.
