We would like the option to be able to setup a reward/conduct type as neutral - ie not negative or positive in the properties, configuration field. This is to be able to log a "note" against the type - but not to actually count as a flag as such.

It would be useful to allow us to change the settings in parentmail to make email the default format of message as this is the only messaging service we use.

We used to be able to be able to forward emails to different recipients with the old Parentmail system, however I understand we cannot do this with the new Parentmail. It would be useful if this function could be added on.

The old system used to show the exact date and time that the e-mail was read. This is very useful when parents say they haven't received a message.
